How And Why I Created SaltSpring-Island.com

I hope you’re well. It’s been a while since I last wrote. I’ve been retired for a couple of years now and with the pandemic lockdown, I’ve been able to do a lot of spring cleaning.

Luckily, we haven’t had any cases of the virus here on Salt Spring. Folks are still wary and physical distancing measures are still the norm for the foreseeable future. But we are blessed with a caring community spirit and nature at our back door here on Old Salty. So we have a lot to be thankful for.

I’ve some of spent my time composing songs and writing articles. My band won’t be playing the Canada Day concert this year for obvious reasons so we’ll be filming a special video for everyone.

And I’ve written this article. I share a little more about my past and I hope it is of use to you or someone you know In these trying times. How And Why I Created SaltSpring-Island.com
